The Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. We respect these rights and have processes in place to help you exercise them.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information as long as your account is active. Once you close your account, we'll delete your personal data within 90 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer.

Some data needs to stick around for legal or regulatory reasons. Philippine tax law requires us to maintain certain financial records for seven years. We can't delete that data early even if you request it.
